Abstract submission
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should be no more than 2 A4-sized pages (1-page text and 1-page tables/ figures/ references)
- Please include up to 5 keywords that best describe your paper.
- Submissions should be made in PDF format.
- All abstracts will be subject to double-blind peer review. Please ensure that all identifying information is removed from the abstract.
- Individual authors may be the first author of one submission only and co-author of an unlimited number of submissions.
- Importantly, there must be one unique registration per paper.
Important dates
- Abstract submission opened: 15 October 2024
- Abstract submission deadline: 9 December 2024
- Notification of acceptance: 3 February 2025
- Conference dates: 16-18 May 2025
